Transport information
We want to receive your order as soon as possible, that’s why we ship fast! After placing your order, please wait 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. Please note that once an order is placed, we cannot change it. After receiving your order, we can assist you with any returns and exchanges. Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 days depending on your distance from our US/Japan warehouse.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking information. You can use this link to track your order for estimated delivery dates. Note that carriers may delay updating your tracking information, especially during holidays. If you don’t see any updates after 5 days of inactivity, please contact our customer service team and they will be able to assist you.
Free shipping
Free shipping on all orders of $30 or more. The $30 threshold is after the discount.
Standard shipping
$4.95 – Ships via USPS. Please allow 3-7 business days for delivery and up to 48 hours for order processing.
Holiday and weekend delivery
If you place an order on a weekend or public holiday, your order will be processed within 48 hours of the next business day.
International shipping
Maggie-lily-sion provides international shipping services to many countries around the world through FedEx.
To ship internationally, select the “International Checkout” option on the cart page during checkout.
Important information:
● Currently, we do not offer free shipping on international orders. You are responsible for all charges. You will see the required shipping fee for your order on the order checkout page.
● You can choose standard service or express service. Shipping lead time and cost are displayed after entering the destination address.
● Duties and taxes will be paid to the courier upon delivery.
● Orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes.
Tariff:
Certain countries may be subject to VAT and customs duties after the package arrives at its destination. You will be responsible for paying such import duties and taxes.
