Returns & Refund Policy

If any of our Maggie-lily-sion products do not meet your expectations, we will accept your return/exchange within 30 days of receipt under our no-risk guarantee. Returned items require the original packaging along with a copy of the invoice, receipt or packing list and must be unused, in new condition and in good condition.

We are not responsible for improper selection of quantity, color or size. If you would like to adjust your order, please notify us immediately and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Refund

Products can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment.

Step:

● Send an email to [email protected] detailing the product(s) you wish to return.
● Please include the order number in the title.
● Drop off the package at the post office. Be sure to ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. We will not be able to refund/replace packages lost during the return process without proof of tracking.
● You need to send the item to one of the following return addresses:

We inspect and approve returned items. If approved, we will email you within 1-3 days and issue a refund.

Items that cannot be returned: Any clearance items.

Defective Products: If the item is defective, you must email a clear picture of the defect to [email protected] – please include your order number in the subject or body of the email.

Return shipping

It is the customer’s responsibility to send the product back to us with shipping costs, but in some cases we can provide return shipping labels and/or bags or envelopes.

All mailing bags or envelopes delivered to us must display the correct address and the customer’s return address. The package must also include a small note detailing the customer’s order number and reason for the return, including whether they want an exchange or refund.

Package lost

If you have not received your product, but your tracking number indicates that it was delivered, please contact us to find a solution for your situation.

Maggie-lily-sion reserves the right to refuse returns/exchanges.

If you do not provide all required details, you may not get a refund.

Maggie-lily-sion uses a reliable shipping provider but is not responsible for shipping, handling and any additional return charges. Any unlikely additional costs associated with the shipping company are the responsibility of the customer.
